Please note: Digital processing fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of delivering, hosting, and processing your digital product and are charged at the time of purchase regardless of refund outcome.

1. 21-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased from sharpkit.co.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, this guarantee applies only in cases where the product cannot be used as intended due to technical issues or template-related errors that our support team is unable to resolve.

To be eligible for a refund:

The product must not have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 21 days of your original purchase date.

If you have downloaded the product, the following conditions apply:

  • You must use the product for at least 14 days before submitting a refund request. This gives you enough time to experience the product as intended.
  • You must contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve any issues before a refund is considered.
  • Your request must be submitted within 21 days of your original purchase date.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality.

Digital processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including approved product refunds. If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the product price only — any digital processing fee paid at checkout will be retained.

All refund requests are subject to approval. Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

2. Access Issues & Support

Many refund requests come from access issues that can be resolved quickly.

If you're unable to access your purchase, please contact us first. We'll immediately provide a new access link or a "force copy" link so you can start using your product right away.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@sharpkit.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If your request qualifies under this policy, we'll process your refund promptly.

4. Abuse & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in loss of access to all current and future products.
